Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the EzStore.live websites, sales pages, and related digital products and services (the “Services”) operated at ezstore.live.

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are buying on behalf of a pharmacy or company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

We design, build, host, and support custom pharmacy e-commerce experiences and related platform access as described at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables, timelines, and scope are those stated on the payment page or sales agreement for your order.

Setup fees and subscriptions are billed through our secure checkout. Card processing, invoicing, and applicable tax collection are handled by our payment provider on our behalf.

Recurring fees renew automatically each billing period until cancelled in accordance with these Terms or your customer billing portal. You are responsible for keeping payment details current.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, lawful use of the Services, and compliance with pharmacy, healthcare, advertising, and privacy rules that apply to your business.

You must not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

We retain ownership of our platform, templates, tooling, and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment for a custom build, you receive a license to use the delivered pharmacy site assets for your business as agreed in your project scope.

You retain ownership of your pharmacy branding, product data, and content you supply to us.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not provide medical, legal, or pharmaceutical advice. You remain solely responsible for clinical, regulatory, and commercial decisions for your pharmacy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, or material breach. You may stop using the Services and cancel eligible subscriptions through the channels described in our Refund Policy.
